In this role, he is responsible for the overall creative vision, artist selection, programming design, partnerships, budget oversight, and execution of the event.
With over a decade of experience in visual art and community-centered creative programming, Carlos has developed and led numerous public art projects, exhibitions, live art activations, and multidisciplinary events throughout Broward County and South Florida.
