Auri was launched from Earth in a fragile vessel, her mission to reach beyond the stars. Midway through her journey, all contact was lost. To humanity, she was forgotten. But Auri endured. She crash-landed on a distant planet alive with strange forests and glowing rivers, where the people lived in fear of their world’s unraveling seasons.
At first, she was met with fear. The locals believed the sky had punished them by sending down a stranger wrapped in metal fire. But Auri watched, listened, and learned. She saw their crops withering from sudden droughts, then drowning under storms that would not end. She discovered the land itself was fractured — energy flowing beneath the surface with no guide, surging wildly and tearing their balance apart.
With patience, she mapped their world. She built stone channels lined with the living crystals of their soil, redirecting the planet’s chaotic currents into rivers of light that nourished instead of destroyed. She taught the people to plant where the earth hummed strongest, to time their harvests by the glow of the skies, and to weave their cities around the rhythms of the ground itself rather than against it. Slowly, what was once chaos became harmony.
The people began to see her not as a punishment, but as a gift. They sang of the one who fell from the sky and gave them back their future. To them, she was not just Auri — she was the reason their world survived to see a new age.
Her triumph was not in returning home, but in proving that no matter where she lands, she carries the strength to steady whole worlds.
